How do I get started?

What if I want to cancel?

We have no contracts so you can cancel anytime.

What is an active customer?

An active customer is a customer in your Finli portal that is marked as “active.” This is a customer that is actively receiving and paying for your services. Note that Finli counts a customer as the payor which means if one payor is paying for others (e.g. kids or another family member) we only count the household as one customer.

How do I know which plan I fit into?

The easiest way to know is to ask yourself how many customers or households do you have actively receiving your services every month.

What if one month I'm in one plan and the next I'm in a different plan?

If you are being billed monthly, we will charge you based on the highest number of active customers you have during that month period. If you are billed annually on a given plan we will upgrade/downgrade your plan accordingly at the end of any month that you change tiers.

Where do I fit if I have more than 250 active customers?
