How do I get started?

If you are ready to create an account, click here. After your account has been created, you will be prompted to complete a compliance questionnaire. Once your questionnaire has been reviewed and approved, you will received access to link your bank account and start collecting payments from your customers.

What if I want to cancel?

We have no contracts so you can cancel anytime.

What if I want to downgrade my plan from Pro to Free?

We totally understand life happens and priorities change. We’re gladly upgrade and downgrade per your request and will never lock you into a contract.

Please note we process your Finli platform fee (for PRO) at the beginning of your statement cycle. If you upgraded to a PRO account on the 5th of this month, we will charge you $39 on the same day and that is kicks-off your statement cycle for all future months.

When should I expect to receive payment?

Once we successfully collect payment on your behalf from your customers and ensure that the funds are good, we will make the deposit into your account the next business day.
