Duplicating Invoices

Introducing a highly requested feature: the ability to duplicate invoices! With just a few clicks, you can now easily copy existing invoices, saving you valuable time and ensuring accuracy when creating similar invoices for different clients or recurring payments.

Fields Copied Over:

  • Pricing Items – All pricing items will be copied without the Service For organization.
  • Issue Date – If the copied invoice has an issue date in the past, you’ll need to update it before sending it out.
  • Due Date – If the copied invoice has a due date in the past, you’ll need to update it before sending.
  • Statement Period – Make sure to update this field to reflect the correct dates!
  • Recurring Invoice Details – If the duplicated invoice is set to recur, all frequency details will be preserved.
  • Invoice Message – Any customer facing invoice messages will be copied over, but internal notes just (for your team only) will not be copied.

We know many of our businesses send similar invoices to many of their customers. Hopefully this new duplicating functionality will save you even more valuable time during the invoicing process!

Consolidated Invoices and Series Pages

With the expanded functionality now included in the Invoices Tab, there’s no need for the Series Tab! This combined invoices view means that managing both recurring and one-time invoices is conveniently consolidated in one central location. No more toggling between different pages or hunting for information—we’ve simplified the process to save you time and effort.

  • No Loss in Functionality: All actions previously available on either page are now accessible from the Invoices page.
