Customer Spotlight: Bear Mill Estate Saves Time & Improves Customer Experience

Bear Mill Estate & Inn is an intimate destination event venue located in Denver, Pennsylvania. The site of the original gristmill in Lancaster County, it was built in 1739 and has been fully restored in recent years. In March of 2023, Mark and Kat Roscioli purchased the property from the previous owner, after they fell in love with its charming indoor and outdoor event spaces and historic inn. 

In Need of Modernization

The prior owners of the Bear Mill Estate & Inn hadn’t had any digital systems in place for executing contracts or collecting payments. When the Rosciolis started running the business, they knew they needed to modernize their internal tools and processes.
