Artifact Branding and Marketing is the brainchild of Ches Arms and Matthew Vermillion. After individually building successful companies in the marketing and creative worlds, Ches and Matthew made the strategic decision to merge their businesses in April of this year.

Together, they launched Artifact Branding and Marketing, which helps organizations either create their branding from the ground up or refresh stale branding, and then incorporate it into their website development, content marketing, sales enablement and beyond. 

The Search to Eliminate Processing Fees

In their prior companies, Ches and Matthew were using Wave and Quickbooks, respectively. When they joined forces, both parties identified that processing fees were adding up to a large amount of money they were losing every year. As such, they committed to finding a solution that would let them pass those fees on to customers instead.  

They also wanted a system that would make invoicing easy and quick, while allowing for customization and complexity as needed. After researching plenty of providers, the Artifact Branding team discovered that Finli had everything they were looking for and more. 

Modernization & Simplification 

As Artifact Branding’s operations have grown, Ches and Matthew have been incredibly pleased with Finli. 

“We really enjoy the features that Finli offers, and are saving a lot of money we were formerly losing to processing fees,” said Ches. “We’re also very happy with how user-friendly the platform is, and the fact that we can easily delineate between recurring and one-time invoices.”

The company works with a firm that manages their accounting in Quickbooks, while they use Finli internally for invoicing and managing their payments. Ches and Matthew are both very satisfied with the entire invoicing process, even having received positive comments about the look and feel of the invoices from customers. 

“Finli’s invoices give us the clean design and simplicity we want, as well as the control and flexibility that usually come with a more complex invoice,” said Matthew. “When we send our invoices, our customers receive something that looks modern, but still has a professional B2B feel. We love it.”
