Event Overview
FinPitch is a pitch contest focused on banking innovation, organized by Finli, and will take place from December 3-5, 2024. Participants will use this time to develop creative solutions to problems they and their customers experience in banking. They will present their ideas to a panel of judges, and prizes will be awarded for the top three pitches based on scoring.

Eligibility
Participation in FinPitch is limited to employees of banks headquartered or operating within the United States.

• All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Participants must register for the event between October 1 and October 31, 2024, and no late registrations will be accepted.

Entry and Participation
Each participant or team (consisting of a minimum of 3 members) must submit a pitch that addresses a problem or challenge in banking and propose an innovative solution.

All submissions must be the original work of the participants.

Participants may only submit one entry.

All entries must be submitted by December 5th in accordance with the submission guidelines provided.

Judging Criteria
Pitches will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on the following criteria:

• • Innovation and creativity
  • Feasibility of implementation
  • Potential impact on the banking industry
  • Quality and clarity of the presentation

The decisions of the judges are final and binding.

Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the top three pitches as follows:

  • Third Place: TBD

Prize money can be used at the discretion of the winning participants. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Post-Contest Collaboration with Finli
Following the contest, winning participants may choose to collaborate with Finli to bring their ideas to life.

This collaboration may involve the development of technical solutions by Finli to be implemented within the participant’s bank.

Any subsequent agreement or partnership between Finli and the participant’s bank will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property
Participants retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their submissions.

By entering the contest, participants grant Finli a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their submissions for promotional purposes related to the event.

Confidentiality
Finli will take reasonable steps to ensure the confidentiality of all submissions.

Participants are responsible for any disclosure of confidential information in their submissions.

Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

Finli reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in unethical or disruptive behavior.

Liability
Finli is not responsible for any technical issues, loss of data, or other problems that may arise during the event.

Participants agree to release Finli from any liability related to their participation in FinPitch.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Finli reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to the event.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering for FinPitch, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
