How to Use Partial Refunds

Our intuitive interface makes issuing a partial refund quick and easy. Here’s a brief guide:

  1. Locate the Payment Record
    • Head over to the “Payments” tab in your Finli dashboard and select the transaction you need to adjust.
  2. Select the Refund Action
    • Choose the “Refund” option and specify the exact amount to be refunded. You can also add notes for your records or to communicate details to your customer.
  3. Process and Confirm
    • Review the refund details, confirm, and the partial refund will be issued immediately. Your customer will be notified, and the refund will reflect directly in their original payment method.

UPDATES

‘Last Action’ Enhancement on Invoices Table

The “Last Action” highlight on the invoices table now reflects the most recent activity for each invoice, giving you quick access to the latest updates in one view. This means you’ll see details on recent:

  • Notifications sent to clients
  • Invoice Updates or adjustments made to amounts, dates, or items
  • Payment History reflecting each transaction status
  • Refunds processed, including partial refunds

This update streamlines visibility into your invoices, helping you manage your records more efficiently and stay informed at a glance.
